3 Months Old!
Wow, time really flies. We can't believe Reece is already 3 months old. She is changing so much everyday. I went back to work December 2, which has been a big adjustment for me (Reece seems just fine). We have 3 girls (that I love) who come into the house and watch her during the day. Reece also gets to spend quality time with both her Grandmas on Thursday and Friday, which I really appreciate. During this month, she has become more and more engaging. Reece has begun to smile back at you and laugh recently. A baby's laugh can make your day! She also has added lots of new noises to her repertoire. She sleeps like a champ now and that makes her parents VERY happy! Reece continues to be a bigger than average baby in height and weight, and has been very healthy. Matt and I can't wait to see what next month brings.

Merry Christmas
Our first Christmas with Reece was really wonderful. We had a white Christmas in Oklahoma this year, which hasn't happened in a long time. Reece had no idea what was going on, just that there was a lot of hustle and bustle and new people. She really loved looking at all the Christmas trees and lights.
All dressed up for her first Christmas concert
Reece had a personal visit from a special Santa this year. We will see how long it takes Reece to figure out who this special Santa is because I don't remember ever figuring it our. It was also the perfect opportunity to wear her Christmas PJ's that were given to her by her cousin Riley.

Watching football with Uncle Mark

Meeting her other Colorado cousins, they were so sweet with her!
It was a very special Christmas and we can't wait to celebrate many more with our sweet little Reece!
Family Fun at Jordan's Graduation
Jordan graduated from OSU the fall, so of course we had to have a big party to celebrate. Reece was able to meet lots of new family members at the party and see some family we had missed and hadn't seen in a while(hint Tyler Horn). We were especially excited for her to meet Madeline, my youngest cousin. We are really trying to convince Madeline to follow in her brothers footsteps and come to OSU. I even know someone she could babysit :)! Matt, Reece and I will miss Jordan so much when he goes back to Colorado. He has been such a big part of our lives for the past five years, it's hard not to imagine him dropping by regularly. We will miss all of the dinners, cooking, and especially the laughs! He even had to give up his old room for Reece. I know we will stay very close, and Reece will always have fun (legal fun) with her cousin Jordan. Thanks for the great party Mike and Phoebe!

2 Months Old!!
Reece's second month was full of all sorts of fun and changes. Reece is really growing, she is at the top end of both her weight and height for her age. We couldn't be happier that Reece is a healthy baby. She is changing so fast and doing new things everyday. She has started smiling and making lots of new noises. She really loves to experiment with her voice. Reece especially enjoys bathtime, a future swimmer maybe. By the time we are done giving her a bath every night, the bathroom is covered in water. We also had a wonderful time celebrating her first Thanksgiving this month.

Our First Thanksgiving
I have a lot of catching up to do on this blog so here it goes. We spent our first Thanksgiving at the Foster's house with the whole family. It is so nice that both of our parents live in Stillwater and we can all spend holidays together. We really enjoyed all of the wonderful food and family time!
Too much turkey!
